It simply makes speed impossible. Emerald hills, warm trade winds, and a sea that shifts from turquoise to cobalt before your eyes.
Jamaica rewards the unhurried photographer. I've shot along its coast from Negril to the cliffs of the West End, in lush garden estates, on private plantation properties, at sunset over the Caribbean Sea. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement on the beach, a barefoot ceremony in the Blue Mountains, or a luxury wedding at a private villa, Jamaica offers a backdrop unlike anywhere else.
My approach in Jamaica
Cinematic, unhurried,
always honest.
I don't direct. I observe, anticipate, and disappear into the background until the light and the emotion align. Then I'm exactly where I need to be.
Jamaica has its own light. The deep greens of the tropical canopy filter the afternoon sun. The sky turns orange-pink as it meets the Caribbean at dusk. I plan every timeline around the island's rhythms so that every frame feels inevitable.
My work has been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, The New York Times, Over The Moon, and Magnolia Rouge. I've been named one of Rangefinder's 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography.
