Danielle & Bill’s Elopement . Isle of Skye, Scotland

There are some stories that are very special to me. Danielle and Bill adventure is one of them. They were supposed to get married this year in NYC. You know, the kind of BIG wedding with all the family and friends, the perfect venue, tasty dinner, and all the things you are usually thinking about just after you said “yes” to the proposal.
A few months before the D-Day, Danielle & Bill were thinking: “Is that really us? Is this the kind of wedding we’ve always been dreaming of?”. That’s when they made their decision to cancel the whole thing in NY and decide to run away from this big city wedding to keep their very special day for themselves only.
I know it can be hard for family and friends to do things that way, but you have to keep in mind that this day is YOUR day. You don’t have to follow the rules to make it conventionally perfect. The only thing that matters is to stay true to who you really are and of course have your beloved one by your side.
