When you are a wedding photographer born in August, it’s pretty hard to have a weekend off to celebrate your birthday. So a few days ago Caroline decided to suprise me. In the middle of the week she kidnapped me to a 48-hour trip in Copenhagen.

JAIME

Very close from Paris (a 2-hour flight).
No need to take the metro or buses, by foot or by bike is the best way to discover the city.
Designers’ paradise. Seriously I constrained myself not to buy all the furniture I saw.
René Redzepi, world’s best Chef in 2012, is Danish.
LEGO are from Danemark.
Another way to discover the city is to use riverboats.
Christiania neighbourhood (Be carefull taking picture is forbidden in this area) and Tivoli gardens are a must see.
Climb to the top of Rundetårn to have a wonderful view of Copenhagen.

JAIMEPAS

This city could be expensive.
Local food is great but most of the time you really have to like fish.
The Little Mermaid spot is not worth it.
